Albion College Course Webs

Instructional Technology will be archiving the spring 2012 course webs soon. Please note, while we do back up your course content, it is always a good idea for you to keep a copy of your course web(s) too.

Below are simple instructions for backing up your own webs:

• In your course web site, click the backup link located in the Settings block
• Check the appropriate back up settings (you can include user information if you want to retain student data)
• Click next several times to continue
• Click the 'Perform backup' button to create a back up file of your course web
• Click continue to view the backup file
• To save a copy, click the Download link located next to your course web backup file in the Course backup area
• Choose the Save File option 

*Be sure to note where your course web back up file saves to and that it is in a safe location.
