research in the Bighorn Basin of Wyoming since 1976.

Beth, helping students download GPS data to create an electronic map,
has taught with Albion's field camp since 1983. Beth's research
includes a collaboration with Tim Lincoln on mapping the Precambrian core
of the Black Hills near

Petrologist, economic geologist, and geochemist
Ph.D., UCLA, 1978
Tim, explaining how to measure foliations in the Precambrian core of the Black Hills, has
taught with Albion's field camp since 1983. Tim's research has
involved mapping and geochemical studies of rocks around Custer, SD.,
since 1986. |

Mick is a visiting instructor. Mick's research investigates active
tectonic response of the Tibetan Plateau to Indo-Asian collision. |

Carrie, is a new faculty and new director of Albion's field camp.
This will be her 3rd time teaching field camp. Carrie's field area is
in the northern Tibetan Plateau where she studies mountain building and crustal accretion. |

Albion's field camp since 2001. Thom's field area for his own
research is in Antarctica. |

Chris has taught with Albion's field camp since 2005. His field
area is in the White Mountains of eastern California. |
